Get Viral Vids (getviralvids.com) shows you the top-performing short-form videos for any topic across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with statistics, transcripts, and AI analysis. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Keep your sign-in method secure — anything done through your account is your responsibility. Provide accurate information, and don't share your account with others; each subscription is licensed to a single user.

• Subscriptions bill monthly or annually through Stripe. Monthly plan credits reset on your billing date and unused plan credits do not roll over.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases that stack on any plan and remain valid for 12 months from purchase, after which unused pack credits expire.
• You can cancel anytime via the Stripe billing portal (from your billing page); your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Where we are registered to collect it, applicable sales tax is calculated and collected by Stripe at checkout.
• All payments are final except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Prices may change; we'll notify you before a change affects your renewal.

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute the service's data or reports outside the features we provide (e.g. CSV export on plans that include it);
• circumvent credit accounting, rate limits, or the free-tier caps;
• use the service to violate any platform's terms or any law;
• probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.

Avatars: uploaded avatar photos must be images you have likeness rights to, and stay private to your account. AI-generated avatars are created and owned by Get Viral Vids and placed in a shared library all eligible members may use — you receive a non-exclusive license to use them in content you make with the service, not ownership, and you may not remove them from the library. Do not generate or upload avatars that are objectionable, deceptive, or that imitate a real person. Any member can report an avatar; we may remove any avatar at our discretion and will notify affected users by email.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Video statistics and captions describe publicly available content owned by their creators and platforms. Videos play via each platform's own embedded player and open on the original platform. TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them.

AI briefs, breakdowns, and product analyses are suggestions generated from data — they are not guarantees of performance. Verify anything that matters before you act on it.

The service, its design, and its software are ours. Your saved searches, collections, and the content you create from our research are yours.

The service is provided “as is”. Data comes from third-party platforms and may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost content opportunities.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone in your dashboard; deletion is immediate and permanent, and any unused credits are forfeited (see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we terminate an account without cause, we may credit or refund the unused portion of the current period at our discretion or where required by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance. Questions can be submitted through the Support section of your dashboard.
